  46. BANKONIT ... PREPAY MORTGAGE AND SAVE $$$$
  47. Bankonit is a simple to use program that allows you
  48. to do standard mortgage calculations and amortizations
  49. as well as interest compounding calculations.  It
  50. is especially good at maintaining a current record
  51. of your mortgage as it is paid, and clearly explains
  52. and shows the tens of thousands of dollars of benefits
  53. that prepaying the mortgage can do for you.

  55. Bankonit can do interest rate calculations, principal
  56. calculations, time for loan calculations, and can show or
  57. print full amortizations for any length loan.  It
  58. can also do standard interest compounding calculations,
  59. monthly, daily and so forth, and can easily compare
  60. the yields with various compounding methods.  Bankonit
  61. is most powerful in its complete explanation of and
  62. recordkeeping for prepayments to mortgages.  The person
  63. who prepays just $10 a month can save tens of thousands
  64. of dollars over the course of their mortgage.
